I want then to Wake Up to what's possible outside of what's traditionally done in our field, empower them with the inspiration, actionable advice and step-by-step guidance so they can FLY to higher heights, so they can truly lean into their God-given purpose and Discover life as an abundant practitioner, where abundance is overflowing in ALL areas.

I definitely didn't get here overnight though.
In fact, quite the opposite...
Back in 2015, I dipped my toes into the online world, eager to make a difference. But I quickly found myself lost in a sea of tactics and cookie-cutter approaches that just didn’t resonate with my core.

I went from struggling to thriving, hitting six figures consistently with a 48% profit margin, all while taking 12 weeks off each year to live a soul-nourished life. And you can too!
Now, I dedicate myself to helping practitioners like you create coaching and consulting businesses that are not just successful but deeply fulfilling. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to realign your current business, I’m here to guide you, based on my knowledge of what I know works for practitioners, and in a way that's rooted in love and service.
I’m not just a business mentor; I’m an Internationally recognised Psychologist with extensive training and real-world experience. With degrees up to a Professional Doctorate in Psychology, and almost a decade of experience navigating the online coaching world, I bring a unique blend of business psychology, online marketing savvy, and soulful sales strategies to the table.
My journey has taken me around the globe, helping clients in Canada, America, the UK, Europe, and Asia achieve their dreams—whether it’s hitting seven figures, manifesting dream homes, or simply creating a business that feels right. When I’m not mentoring or speaking, you’ll find me enjoying life with my partner and two sons, singing and dancing around the house, exploring nature, or relaxing at a spa.

Here are a few fun facts…
I'm was born and raised in South London, UK and my family is of Jamaican decent.
I went and lived in Barbados in my 20's, and worked for an Event Production Company, hosting 5* events as I got fed up with the long-challenging root required to become a Psychologist, but eventually returned to the UK to complete my Professional Doctorate in Psychology and then set up my own soul-aligned business online in 2015.
I met my partner in Barbados, when we were both there on holiday, and we now have 2 beautiful young boys. I absolutely adore them and take off approx 12-weeks a year to ensure I have dedicated uninterrupted family time.
I absolutely love what I do, and enjoy working with all my clients supporting them to achieve lifestyle changes as well as business success. I truly believe that when you place yourself on a soul-aligned path, things come together.

Dr. Tilean is an Internationally recognised Psychologist and Business Mentor who helps practitioners move from confusion to clarity, when it comes to growing their own purpose-led business, outside of what’s traditionally done in our industry.
A business owner since 2015, helping people across the globe (Canada, America, UK, Europe, and Asia) to achieve remarkable milestones like hitting their 6 & 7 Figures; manifesting their dream homes; and creating businesses that light them up from the inside-out, Dr. Tilean is skilled in business psychology, online marketing, soulful sales, and business leadership.
Learning from the best-of-the-best when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of business and online marketing, she also holds a Professional Doctorate degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Psychology, as well as a Diploma in Professional Development on Counselling Skills and Perspectives.
She’s Chartered with the British Psychological Society and has also featured in Thrive Global, The British Medical Journal, The Evening Standard, and Red Magazine (to name a few).
